Brain Dump Still Incoming

Just started this blog and it’s become a bit of a brain dump for today at least.

Watching the news, watching the world, I and the silent majority whisper – what the fuck is going on? (please excuse my french).

People seem to hate each other, won’t listen to others view and in my humble opinion just want a manufactured bust up as if the fight is end game as opposed to the solution.

As a child of the 70’s growing up in poverty in a single parent house I look back with nostalgia to the days when it seemed a much more sane world than the one we inhabit today. Those days were pretty rubbish but you sort of understood the logic behind people views and opinions as opposed to what is said today which makes the head hurt in it’s illogical acrobatics.

I like that illogical acrobatics being a 70s child myself and poor I get it. But by god did we have more fun then! Actually getting fresh air everyday out from under apron strings no computers or phones or tablets. A choice of maybe 3 channels on TV if you had a TV! Angst was just a word in the dictionary and joy wasn’t just a girls name. No fussy eaters. You didn’t eat it you had it the next meal or the next until you did. AHH good times!
